We are thrilled to announce that exhibitor applications will be reviewed and accepted for the 2025 Mattoon Street Arts Festival starting February 15th!

Important Updates for 2025:

• Pricing and application submission details have been updated. Please carefully review the new guidelines before submitting your application.
• Exhibitors may sell only items they have personally created.

Application Requirements:

• Three labeled photographs of your work.
• One photograph of your work or studio space, which must include you (not your display space).
• Submit all materials electronically to reachfreya@gmail.com.

Review Process:

• The festival committee will contact you directly only if your application is accepted or placed on the waiting list.
• Please do not email the committee to inquire about the status of your application.

Registration Details:

• 10x10 spaces: $150
• 8x10 spaces (limited availability): $120
• Registration includes $5 in food coupons valid with our festival food vendors.
• First and second-place prizes of $50 and $25 will be awarded in eight judging categories.

Additional Information: All spaces are located on our charming brick sidewalks, which are accessible by car for convenient set-up and breakdown. Many spaces are shaded by stately trees, and the festival atmosphere is enhanced by strolling musicians performing throughout the day.
